Accuracy of website images

Artworks have been scanned and displayed on the website in a way that represents the physical artwork as accurately as possible. However, this method is not perfect, and some colour differences may occur. The digital images have been heavily reduced in size, which causes some loss of detail and does not represent the detail and sharpness of the physical artwork. The settings of your monitor, device and operating system may also alter the image you see on your screen.

Shipping & Delivery

UK shipping

We offer free shipping for all items within the UK. Where possible, original artwork will be packed and shipped within 2 - 7 working days, and prints 2 - 10 days. Please email me if you need the piece by a certain date, and I will try my best to expedite the order. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail/Parcel Force depending on size and weight. Insurance is not included.

Collection

Usually, purchased artwork can be collected from my studio in Chepstow, Monmouthshire. If you would like to collect, please select the ‘Pickup’ option at check-out.

International Shipping

If you are from outside the UK, please contact me at hello@rebeccawayart.com before buying, stating what items you would like to purchase. I will then calculate the shipping costs and get back to you as soon as possible. I can ship to most countries, but delivery times vary. A delivery estimate can be provided, but even then the delivery duration cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of international shipments.

Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer's expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges

International orders are sent by a courier company or Royal Mail. The courier company used for each order may vary. Insurance is not included in the delivery cost. Customers wishing for a specific delivery method and insurance do so at their own expense – this can be discussed via email.

Shipping to the EU post Brexit

From Jan 2021 EU shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees according to the laws of the destination country. These may be requested on delivery. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Returns

UK Returns

You have the right to request a refund within 14 days after receiving the artwork. Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service as it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. The right to request a refund only applies to non-custom items; please note that commission artwork cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged artwork

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 3 days with multiple photographs of the item and the packaging.

Returns from outside the UK

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
